ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Official Liquidator.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Official Liquidator would submit that he has already been appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the company and possession of assets has already been taken over. Therefore, he submits that no further order is required.
