CAD/CAM with intake of 18 seats; and M.E. Power Electronics and Drives with intake of 18 seats from the academic session 2021-22. This petition has been filed calling for the records of the 2nd Respondent in Lr.No.344/CAI/AU/2021 dated 26.7.2021 and the consequential order of the 1st Respondent in Lr.No.362/CAI/AU/2021 dated 28.7.2021 and quash the same in so https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the respondent University has subsequently extended the affiliation for the courses and the petitioner was called upon to pay the necessary charges in that regard.

3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this writ petition and accordingly this writ petition is closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
