ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to act upon the application submitted by the petitioner on 15.04.2025 wherein the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in her name with respect to the subject property.

Heard Mr.M.R.Jothimanian, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.P.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate for Respondents 1 and 2. 3.
The petitioner is placing reliance upon the assignment patta that was issued in the name of the vendor's mother on 12.06.2006. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the settlement deed dated 04.02.2025 that was executed by the assignee in favour of her daughter, who is the vendor. The petitioner is also placing reliance upon the sale deed dated 06.02.2025 that was executed in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has sought for transfer of patta by submitting an on-line application on 15.04.2025 and since the same
was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4.
Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the on-line application submitted by the petitioner on 15.04.2025 on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
