This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in crime No.631 of 2018 registered by the first respondent police for offences under Sections 379, 430 of IPC, Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act,

1957, as against the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate(crl.side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after completing the investigation in crime No.631 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police, final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arani on 23.08.2024. 3.

In view of the above submission, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
