Mr. P.V. Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
2. The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider his representation dated 14.07.2014 at the earliest and pass necessary orders directing the authorities to make the payment. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2014, the 2nd respondent has not considered the same and passed orders so far.
4. Mr. P.V.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, appearing for the respondents submitted that 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders, in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.07.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
