Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 01.10.2020 sent by the petitioner and direct the 2nd respondent not to register the property comprised in T.S.No. 1050 situated in T.S.Ward No.B, Block No.21, Kottur Road, Pollachi Sub Registration District, Pollachi at the instance of the 3rd respondent to pass appropriate orders within the time frame fixed by this Court.
