W.P.No.14394 of 2024 V.BHAVANI SUBBAROYAN, J.

This Court vide order dated 01.07.2024 has disposed of the above writ petition with a direction to the respondents to hand over the keys to the trustees who are appointed on rotation basis and further direction was given to hold an enquiry regarding the representation made by the petitioner with the priest.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Special Government Pleader produced a letter of the Special Government Pleader addressed by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.71/2024/A1/dated 01.08.2024 wherein it was stated that enquiry was conducted on 29.07.2024 and they will pass appropriate orders on or before 09.08.2024.

3. The submissions made by the learned Special Government Pleader, is taken on record. However, if the respondents fails to submit the report on 09.08.2024, the petitioner is at liberty to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
