Prayer : - Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to measure the land in SF.No.360/A, Punjai Hectare 2.31, Jallipatti Village, Anamalai Taluk, Coimbatore District and earmark the boundaries by considering petitioner's representation dated 06.07.2021.

ORDER

(1) Mr.Yogesh Kannadasan, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

(2) The writ petition has been filed seeking examination of the representation dated 06.07.2021 which representation the petitioner had given for measurement of the land in SF.No.360/A Punja Hectares 2.31, situated at Jallipatti Village in Anaimaalai Taluk, Coimbatore District. (3) It is claimed that the said land belongs to the mother of the petitioner and she had purchased the same by way of a Sale Deed dated 01.09.2008 registered as Doc.No.2898/2008. It is claimed that after the unfortunate demise of his mother, the petitioner along with his two brothers became https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the legal heirs. The petitioner had given a representation seeking to measure the land. The representation was given on 06.07.2021.

(4) The respondent is directed to examine the said representation, issue notice to the petitioner and also to his two brothers, viz., Rajendran and Senthilkumar, receive any further representation from them and proceed to measure the property with the help of a Surveyor, if a Surveyor is available in the area. The said exercise should be completed within a period of twenty four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(5) The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
