Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to quash the order passed by the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench at Chennai in O.A.No.7 of 2013, dated 26.06.2013, and R.A.No.16 of 2013, in O.A.No.7 of 2013, dated 03.12.2013, which upholds the second respondent's proceedings in No.P/6295111/DP4NER, dated 7.08.2012, as illegal and unconstitutional and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to grant 20% disability pension (broad banded to 50%) to the petitioner from https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

three years prior to the date of presentation of O.A.No.7 of 2013, before the Armed Forces Tribunal, Chennai Bench with interest and with all consequential monetary benefits from the date of his filing O.A.No.7 of 2013 on the file of the Armed Forces Tribunal, Regional Bench at Chennai.
