ORDER
By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2. The petitioner is working as Salesman in TASMAC Shop No.2326, Devanurpudur, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District. In the said shop, fire accident took place on 17.6.2013. Investigation of criminal case was made and the petitioner and two others were arrested and incarcerated and subsequently, the came out on bail. The petitioner and others were also placed under suspension challenging the same, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the co-delinquents viz., V.Radhakrishnan, Panneer Selvaraj and Thirumurthi have filed W.P.Nos.33259, 33260 and 33261 of 2013 respectively seeking to quash the suspension order and this court, vide orders dated 25.3.2015 and 17.4.2015 directed the disciplinary authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of that order and further directed to pay subsistence allowance during the suspension period as well as the arrears of salary.
4. Heard Mr.C.Kasirajan, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondents.
5. Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, in the light of the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and not later than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order and in the in meanwhile, pay the subsistence allowance with arrears, if any, to the petitioner.
