With the consent of both sides of the learned counsels, this writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself.

2. Mr.V.Manoharan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Mr.V.P.R.Elamparithi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the 4th respondent.

3. Writ petition is filed for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 4th respondent to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 06.02.2025, based on the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025, within a stipulated time fixed by this court.

4. The petitioner submitted a representation to the 1st respondent on 03.02.2025, to remove the names of President and Vice President of Kurumbapalayam Village, from the advertisement board, as the tenure of said President and Vice President was over. The 2nd respondent on 06.02.2025, addressed the letter to the 4th respondent to remove the advertisement as sought for by the petitioner's in his representation, dated 03.02.2025. But, as the 4th respondent did not implement the 2nd respondent's said order, the petitioner filed the above writ petition.

5. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the order passed by the 2nd respondent on 06.02.2025, has been complied with and the advertisement board has been removed.

6. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents and recording that the order of the 2nd respondent has been implemented and the advertisement removed. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. 03.06.2025 dsn 3/4
