The instant writ petition has been filed in the nature of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records and quash the suspension order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 30.05.2024 in ref No.1431/ E3/ 2024 with effect form 28.05.2024 and reinstate the petitioner with back wages and all service benefits.
2. Heard Mr.P.Prakash Paul, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.K.Tippu Sultan, learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent the representation on 19.03.2025 and the same is yet to be considered.
4. The learned Government Advocate would fairly submit that the representation would be considered within a reasonable time.
5. In such view of the matter, this Court, without going into the merits of 2/4
the matter, deems it appropriate to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.03.2025 and pass orders on it's own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six(6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. In the result, this writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected WMP is also closed.
