Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records ont he file of the third respondent in B1/328/07 dated 22.01.2007 and quash the same and consequently direct the third respondent to enter the certificate in the employment registration car No.2714/1993 as on 07.08.2006 instead of 10.09.2007 to sponsor the petitioner's name to the respondents 1 and 2 under priority category for the post of B.T Assistant Maths, so as to enable the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint the petitioner to the post of B.T Assistant Maths. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
