C.M.P.No.12096 of 2021 and AS.SR.No.60084 of 2021 P.T.ASHA.J., The above application has been filed for condoning the delay of 175 days in filing the appeal. The reasons for the delay has been detailed in paragraph 12 of the affidavit. The filing of the copy of application, taking delivery of the order copy is done on time. Thereafter, on account of the administrative reasons, the filing of the appeal has been kept pending and the reasons appear to be sufficient. Therefore, the delay is condoned and the application is ordered as prayed for.
