Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate takes notice for the respondents 1, 2, 4 & 7 and Mr.L.P.Shanmugasundaram, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 5, 6, 8 & 9. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to take up the matter with the respondents 4, 8 & 9 and others concerned to comply the instruction of the 7th respondent to enable the petitioner to get the benefits.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose of the representation dated 05.06.2017 in accordance with law. 4.Mr.Era Premnath, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1, 2, 4 & 7 submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.
5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
