Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.09.2017 by cancelling the sale deed dated 04.09.1968 registered as Document No.2098 of 1968 before the 3rd respondent executed by the petitioner's father in favour of the father of the 4th respondent herein by name Sheik Dawood within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
