The petition for transfer is filed to withdraw the HMOP No.87 of 2022 from the file of the Subordinate Court, Udumalpet and to transfer the same to the Subordinate Court, Dharapuram.

2. Since Udumalpet and Dharapuram is within the territorial jurisdiction of Thiruppur District, the petitioner has to approach the Principal District Court for transfer of the above case. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the District Court for appropriate relief.

3. With the abovesaid directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands disposed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 07.12.2022 Skr/Jeni Index : Yes Speaking order To
