When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondent produced a copy of the G.O.No.SR.I/56-9/2023 dated 31.08.2023 and stated that the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby directs that the petitioner to be detained and kept in custody in the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and hence, the petition for anticipatory bail has become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
