ORDER

KJ the ground that no action was taken thereon, the petitioner has applied for a mandamus.
2. Mr.L.Gokulraj, learned Government Counsel (Tax), accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. In spite of the petitioner requesting that order dated 06.08.2025 be given effect to by issuing about three letters in that regard, it appears that no action was taken. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's request for giving effect to order dated 06.08.2025 and dispose of the same within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
