This writ petition has been filed to quash the order/impugned notice of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.11387/07/AA7 dated 30.08.2007.

2. It is seen that under the impugned order, the 4th respondent/Tahsildar has directed the petitioner/institution to furnish some of the particulars about the institution and give explanation before the 3rd respondent. Challenging the same, the petitioner/Institution has come forward with the present writ petition. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I do not find any merit in this writ petition. It is for the petitioner/institution to satisfy the concerned authority for granting permission to run educational institutions.

3. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed. However, the liberty granted to the petitioner to place all the materials before the concerned authority, for granting permission to run the institution. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition are also closed.
