Seeking a direction to the respondent police to register a case based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 02.01.2015, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and I have also perused the records carefully. 3.It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that on a complaint lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR No.1 of 2015 is pending.
