ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal dated 29.2.2016. The petitioner is not able to make out a case for issuance of a writ of mandamus. When the petitioner is serving as Junior Engineer (Electrical) I Grade, he was issued with a charge memo for the reason that he did not report for duty on 2.9.2007 in the newly inaugurated JE/Lines-II. Finally he was imposed with a punishment of stoppage of increment for one year with cumulative effect. As against that, the petitioner filed an appeal on 29.2.2016. But the petitioner has not filed the copy of the punishment order and this Court is not even able to have a perusal of the charge and the basis for imposing punishment. In that view of the matter, this Court is not able https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
