O R D E R
(The Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble The Chief Justice) The additional counter affidavit/status report filed by the first respondent setting forth the action schedule has been perused.
2. A response has been filed in court by the petitioner appearing-in-person which, while appreciating in paragraph-21 some part of the work done, comments on the remaining aspects which are required to be attended by the authorities.
3. Learned Additional Advocate General submits that those aspects will also be taken into consideration and further status report /progress report will be filed at least a week before the next date of hearing, so that if the petitioner has to say something in that behalf, we would have the benefit of his response.
4. In view of the schedule being filed, W.P.No.31720 of 2015 is disposed of, but compliance report should continue to be filed. No costs.
