(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The short prayer in the petition is for the expeditious disposal of a statutory appeal filed against an order passed in disciplinary proceedings against the petitioner.

2. The High Court Administration is represented and seeks eight weeks' time to dispose of the relevant appeal.

3. Appeals of the present kind should be attended to with due expedition. The failure to dispose of an appeal within reasonable time causes serious prejudice to the appellant, particularly if the appellant ultimately succeeds.
