This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking direction upon the respondent to register the case on the complaint dated 30.01.2015 according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in respect of the property dispute for which complaint was given by the petitioner, 145 Cr.P.C., Proceedings in Crime No.303 of 2015 on the file of J1, Saidapet Police Station was initiated and the petitioner has been arrayed as 'A' Party.
