(Crime No.04 of 2020) Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax the condition directing the petitioner/accused to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.13295 of 2020 in Crime No.04/2020 in its order dated 31.08.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13295 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders 2.. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seek for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.13295 of 2020 dated 31.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

report before the respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
