Radhakrishnan ..Respondents PRAYER: This Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent to produce the body of R.Gowri, aged 21 years, who is the wife of the petitioner before this Court and set her at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The above Habeas Corpus Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to produce the body of R.Gowri, aged 21 years, who is the wife of the petitioner before this Court and set her at liberty.
2.Today both the petitioner and the detenue are present. We tried to facilitate a meeting between the petitioner and the detenue without going into the facts, allegations and counter allegations. Unfortunately, the detenue refused to talk to him. 3.The petitioner has informed us that in such a case, this petition may be closed.

4.As we do not find any illegal detention is involved, the detenue is set at liberty and the above habeas corpus petition stands closed.
