These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 352 days in representing and to condone the delay of 364 days in paying the deficit court fee in the above said appeal.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 352 days and 364 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) in each of the petitions to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600 001. [Cell No.9840068800/ 9840068889], within a period of one weeks, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically, without further reference to this Court.
