ORDER

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 06.11.2023 for the alleged offence under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 1/3

and 29(1) of NDPS Act, 1985, pending trial in Spl.C.C.No.62 of 2024 on the file of Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Salem, Salem District in connection with Cr.No.34 of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. The petitioner's earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.29914 of 2024 was dismissed on 23.01.2025 for non-prosecution, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as default.
