Considering the fact that 32 witnesses are to be examined and the case is pending from the year, 2012, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, by directing the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Mannargudi, Thiruvarur District, to dispose of the case in C.C.No.468 of 2012, on or before 31.08.2015.
