This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to issue a certificate of reservation of other Backward Classes in civil posts as per the application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2015.
2. According to the petitioner, she has been selected as a primary school teacher as per the notification dated 26.05.2015 issued by the Government of Puducherry and as per the Direction of the second respondent to produce the community certificate, she submitted an application to the first respondent for issuance of community certificate. Since, it was delayed the present Writ Petition has been filed.
3. Heard the submissions of Mr.V.Raghavachari, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Sreedhar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would state that the petitioner also produced the civil supplies card issued by the Government, I.D. issued by the Election Commission of India, the Adhar card issued by the Government of India and the Educational certificates issued by the school authorities. But, till date no community certificate has been issued.
5. This Court, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 29.09.2015 and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner. The second respondent is directed to maintain the status-quo till then.
