Learned counsel for petitioner submits that though the petitioner has filed O.P.No.335 of 2014 on the file of learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, seeking divorce, the respondent/wife has failed to file counter till date. Submitting as above, learned counsel seeks for early disposal of the petition.

Considering the submissions made, this Court directs learned II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai, to dispose of O.P.No.335 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. No costs.
