This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to transfer the FIR pending in Crime No.1712 of 2019 from the file of the second respondent police to any other police station for investigation.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that Investigation has been completed and charge sheet also filed on 11.09.2021 and the same was taken on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruvarur. Therefore, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent.
3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed..
