The Company Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to:-
1) permit the Official Liquidator to implead M/s.Pink City Expressway Pvt. Ltd. as proposed Respondent in C.A.No.562 of 2017 in C.P.No.371/2015 so as to get all information regarding books and records of the Company (In Liquidation) 2)To permit the Official Liquidator to carryout necessary amendments in C.A.No.562/2017.
The Company Application coming on this day before this Court for hearing the court made the following order: The instant application has been filed by the Official Liquidator to implead M/s.Pink City Expressway Pvt. Ltd., as proposed respondent in C.A.No.562 of 2017 in C.P.No.371 of 2015 so as to get all information regarding books and records of the Company in liquidation.
2. This application has been filed, pursuant to the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by this Court directing the Official Liquidator to implead M/s.Pink City Expressway Pvt. Ltd.,(proposed respondent), as the proposed respondent and the subject company under liquidation entered into Joint Venture Agreement.
3. This Court is satisfied with the reasons given by the Official Liquidator seeking to implead M/s.Pink City Expressway Pvt. Ltd., as proposed respondent as R3 in
Company Application No.562 of 2017. Accordingly, this petition is allowed as prayed for.
4. The Official Liquidator is directed to carry out the necessary amendments within a period of two weeks from today i.e. on 16.07.2018.
5. Post the matter on 30.07.2018.
