Challenging the order passed by the trial Court in MP No.3 of 2026, the tenant has preferred the present revision.

2. Before the trial Court, the revision petitioner filed a petition in MP No.3 of 2026 to cross examine the witness which was denied by the trial court holding that the jural relationship between the parties is an admitted one and in the absence of the agreement, the tenant is not entitled to cross examine, by relying the decision of this Court in the case of J.Thennarasu vs Anita Nalliah (CRP (PD)No.2532 of 2021 dated 05.08.2022).

3. As on date, the jural relationship between the parties is admitted and the trial court has rightly dismissed the petition, which does not require any interference.
