Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari Mandamus, calling for the records from the 2nd respondent relating to circular dated 18.12.2015 read with the proceedings dated 31.12.2015 bearing reference No. Nil and quash the same as the same being illegal arbitrary malafide discriminatory without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 2 to continue the petitioner on the rolls of the 2nd respondent pay salary and other allowances as paid to the other employees of the 2nd respondent in the same category without any break and costs.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondents has brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner was already retrenched from service by the second respondent under Section 25-F of the Tamil Nadu Co-operative Societies Act and therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable. 2 In view of the same, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the order of the second respondent in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed. No costs.
