This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court wherein the petitioner was directed to report before the respondent Police every Monday at 10.30 a.m. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent on instructions submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition from 13.05.2019 onwards till date.

3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the petitioner is a college going student, the condition imposed against the petitioner is relaxed and he shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
