Crl.M.P.No.7207 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.5590 of 2023 A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5590 of 2023 dated 16.03.2023 that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders".

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5590 of dated 16.03.2023, is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
