Mr.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel takes notice for the respondents. By consent, the writ petition is taken up for disposal in the admission stage itself.

2.The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the representation dated 18.02.2016 in accordance with law.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2016, the respondents 2 & 3 have not passed any order so far.

4.Mr.Varun Kumar, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents 2 & 3 may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders in accordance with law.

5.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondents 2 & 3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.02.2016 in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
