[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR, J.] This order will now dispose of the captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' [hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity]. 2.

Captioned WMP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned proceedings dated 31.01.2025' [hereinafter 'impugned proceedings' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

Mr. C. Prabakaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, is before this Court.

Learned counsel for writ petitioner, adverting to writ support affidavit, submitted that the impugned proceedings dated 31.01.2025, were not served on the writ petitioner and only true copy was furnished on the writ petitioner on 15.02.2025 and hence, the writ petitioner was not able to file the original impugned proceedings. Learned counsel drew the attention of this Court to relevant part of writ support affidavit in W.P.No.17727 of 2025, which reads as follows:

I further submit that the original copy of the impugned order dated 31.01.2025 issued by the second respondent was not served upon me and only true copy was furnished on 15.02.2025.....'
