C.M.P.Nos. 12652, 12647 & 12650 of 2019 in C.M.A.SR. Nos.49925 & 49926 of S. RAMATHILAGAM,J.

C.M.P.No.12652 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 336 days in paying deficit Court fee of Rs.11,913/- in the above said appeal.

C.M.P.Nos.12647 & 12650 of 2018 are filed to condone the delay of 323 days in representation the above said appeals.

2.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 336 & 323 days are condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) each to 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 001.
