Crl.M.P.No.7217 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.27497 of 2022 V. LAKSHMINARAYANAN.J, This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27497 of 2022 on 10.01.2023.

2. Heard. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police once in a week at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
