Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the impugned order in CDAKA/HQ/2025-26/003 dated 17.04.2025 passed by the 11th respondent and quash the same and consequently to direct the first respondent to reschedule the Chennai District girls junior kickboxing (16-18 years) match based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2025. ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order dated 17.04.2025. By the said order, the Chennai District Amateur Kickboxing Association (CDAKA) has banned for the petitioner for one year on the ground that her mother caused disturbance as the petitioner lost match against one Deepalakshmi. However, in the said order, misconduct is alleged against the petitioner's mother. Whereas, the petitioner has been made as a scapegoat. 4/7

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that de hors the said incident, the future of an athlete is involved in the matter. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation to the first respondent on 15.04.2025 for sympathetic consideration. He further submitted that the first respondent may be directed to consider the said representation in the best interests of the athlete, considering the fact that the State Level Tournament is scheduled to be held on 09.05.2025 and 10.05.2025.

3. In view thereof, the first respondent is directed to take up the representation of the petitioner dated 25.04.2025 for consideration immediately, the first respondent can hear the petitioner as well as the concerned association and take a decision before 08.05.2025. The first respondent shall act on the production of the web copy of the order without waiting for the certified copy of the order. 5/7
