ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry as pass appropriate order by considering the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025 for including the Survey No.17/9 in his Patta No.124 filed before the 2nd respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner was that one of the survey numbers was left out while issuing patta therefore, he has made a representation dated 02.04.2025 for including the Survey No.17/9 in his Patta No.124. He would further submit though enquiry was conducted, the respondent has not yet issued new patta including the left out survey number. Hence, the present writ petition is filed.

3. The learned Government Counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that enquiry was already completed therefore, necessary orders will be passed for the purpose for including the survey number, which was left out.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Counsel for the respondents.

5. In view of the submissions made, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.04.2025 and pass

appropriate orders, including the Survey No.17/9 in the Patta No.124, in the event if the decision is arrived at by the respondents that the said survey number was left out, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the petitioner shall produce all the relevant documents to justify his contentions that the said survey number was left out.
