Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 5th to 7th respondents based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

This writ petition has been filed for direction to respondents 1 to 4 to take action against the 5th to 7th respondents based on the representation given by the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.03.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and respondents 5 to 7 and giving them personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a 2/4

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
