ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for police protection.

It is seen from records that the petitioner has already given a complaint based on which, the respondent police have registered an FIR in Crime No.479 of 2014. It is the grievance of the petitioner that the petitioner is being compelled to withdraw the police complaint and he has been threatened by the accused persons. Therefore, he has given a representation to the respondent police seeking for police protection.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and to take necessary action in accordance with law, since FIR is already pending in Crime No.479 of 2014. The investigation shall be completed and the final report shall be filed in Crime No.470 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

of2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

This Criminal Original petition is disposed of with the above directions.
