ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 19.08.2020 wherein the petitioner is seeking for issuance of separate patta in his favour.

2. Mr. E.Balamurugan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the 1st respondent has already fixed a date for enquiry on 16.10.2020 at 3.00 p.m. and the petitioner can be present for the enquiry along with all relevant documents.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the 1st respondent has already called the parties for an enquiry, there shall be a direction to the 1st respondent to conduct the enquiry after giving sufficient opportunity to all the parties concerned and pass final orders strictly in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
