ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.06.2022, in which, he has raised objections for installation of Petrol Bunk by the seventh respondent at S.No.727A/2A and 626A/1A Padavedu village and Post, Polur Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District, as according to him, the same has been installed violating all the rules and regulations framed therein.

2. Heard Mr.D.Thirumoorthy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Vijay, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. The learned Additional Government Pleader has placed before this Court the order dated 23.05.2022, by which, No Objection Certificate has already been issued by the second respondent in favour of the fifth respondent.

3. Since No Objection Certificate has already been issued for commencement of Petrol Bunk at the aforementioned property, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty of this Court for the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.05.2022 referred to supra in the manner known to the petitioner under law.

5. After recording the submissions of the respective learned counsels, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 23.05.2022 passed by the second respondent, under which, No Objection Certificate has been granted to the fifth respondent

to start a petrol bunk in the manner known to the petitioner under law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
