The jurisdiction of the second respondent-Police is at Bangalore. Hence, this Court is not inclined to give any direction to the Police to the other State. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed. The petitioner is at liberty to work out her remedy in the manner known to law before appropriate/competent forum.
