(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the crime number has been assigned as Crime No.791 of 2020 for an offences under Sections 51 and 63(b) of the Copy Right Act. 1957 read with Section 506(II) of IPC, 1860, against the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioner to file fresh petition with the said crime number.
